HDMI and d-sub monitor not displaying

I tried plugging a hdmi and d-sub monitor into my computer(two different), but none of them displays anything. My HDMI just flickers between analog and HDMI. I am not trying to dual boot btw. My screen does not display anything at any time my computer boots. I tried not turning on the computer for 8 weeks but still doesnt work. The HDMI and d-sub are newly bought monitors wit new cables

The only monitor that seems to work is dvi. Any solutions?

Also i tested both of the monitors on my laptop and they work
