Hi, forum.

So, I've been away from home for about two and a half weeks and when I came back and wanted to watch a movie on my TV which is connected via HDMI to my Nvidia RTX 2070 Super card, I noticed that the computer just wouldn't send the picture to the TV.

My ASUS VG27AQL1A monitor was connected via Display Port cable and it was all working fine until I left. After finicking around I found that I couldn't make the computer run the monitor and TV at the same time anymore and I solved the issue by plugging the monitor via HDMI cable. This isn't a long term solution I'd be happy with because I'd really like to use the Display Port cable and the monitor is giving me a weird blue "No signal" HDMI screen when I turn the PC off. It also waits to turn on the display until I've booted to Windows instead of turning on when the BIOS screen comes up. I run the displays on "Duplicate" mode.

It's all a very weird problem. Does anyone have an idea what the source of these shenanigans could be?
