HDMI and USBs not working

I'm using ASUS Z87 deluxe.. all HDMIs and USBs ports stopped working suddenly... my phone is able to charge through the USB ports.. The HDMI and USB devices are working perfectly fine on other machines.. no wire is disconnected, i checked thrice. The PC starts.. no devices work.. and after sometimes it shuts down itself and keep on restarting. Please help.

probably sth wrong with the motherboard. try a usb mem stick and see if it can be detected in bios, if not it most probably is a hardware problem.
