hdmi cable isn't working good

my monitor is Samsung SyncMaster 225MS - LCD monitor - 22 . currently im using VGA cable for my graphic card- GeForce gt 730 2GB, i tried to put HDMI cable and it's all blurry and the resolution doesn't fixed(not really suit to the monitor) and its all bad.. how to fix that problem?

1680 x 1050 at 60 Hz is the Native resolution for that monitor . Try with HDMI lead changing resolution and refresh rate to suit.

it doesn't change a thing.. In addition i dont have the 60 Hz refresh rate option , i have only 25,29,30
