HDMI cable vs DVI Cable

Hi guys,

I wanted to know which of these cables are best to gaming.

DVI or HDMI.

If you could explained me why?

this will help me to choose my future monitor purchase.

The only difference is HDMI does audio natively.
Zero difference in visual quality or anything else.

dvi old format wont do 4k gaming.
hdmi 2.0 and latter will do 4k at 60fps or display port.

HDMI is DVI with audio and supports HDCP. HDMI 2.0 does 4k but only at 30fps. Display Port has no audio and does not support HDCP but does 4k at 60fps.

I use a TV as my monitor and had a hard time getting the right aspect ratio with HMDI but no visual differences for me.
