I want to know if getting any HDMI cable as long as it fits in my monitor and my gpu is good, my gpu is a gtx 1060 xtreme gaming 6G, I just want to know if it will be enough power:

HDMI: Gembird HDMI Male - HDMI Male, v1.4, 1.8m(this is the one I want to buy), does it matter what type of HDMI cable I get or not?

Solution
As long as it is not a $2 super cheap cable then it will work just fine.

There are cable specification standards for HDMI so if say you want to output to a 4k tv at more then 30fps you need one that is spec 2.0 or better.
Outside of that though any spec 1.4 cable should be just fine as long it is above a minimal level of quality. If in USA/Canada then Monoprice makes good inexpensive cables.

That's a gimmick. Any cheap cable are as good as normal one on the same standard.

If you want to be sure, just get an HDMI 2.0 cable.
