I just installed a new EVGA GTX 1060 SC and connected via HDMI. I previously had a EVGA GTX 960 SSC and had it connected via DVI-I.

Before, with the 960, when the monitor display would go off after x amount of time (per the power plan) I could wake the screen with any mouse/keyboard input. Now, with the 1060, the display won't come back on with any input. I can still get the screen back on by turning it off and back on with the physical button on the monitor or by pressing the input button on the monitor.

A few other points: (1) This happens when it goes to sleep also. (2) I haven't tried a DVI-D connection as I don't have the cord.

Not the biggest deal but annoying. Wondering if anyone had any ideas why and how to fix, if possible (maybe this is how HDMI works). Thanks.
