Trying to plug in my hdmi cord to the port but this piece of metal is blocking the way to plug the cord fully in, resulting in my pc to show no signal. Anyone know of a cable that is skinny enough to fit or do I have to realign the gpu.(ps I just bought the pc from Craigslist, I know very risky, but it’s been having problems with stop codes as well and flickering fan lights the main problem is the hdmi right now tho if you guys could help with any of these it would be a big help, in new to pc)

Solution
And for any used PC, you personally need to do a full wipe and reinstall of the OS.
Everything, for your protection as well as theirs. You have no idea what the previous owner(s) had in there.

After, of course, you fix the misaligned GPU.
Mind sharing a picture of your culprit/barrier to connecting the HDMI cable? You could look at these two suggestions:

but something tells me the issue may not just be with your HDMI cable or the supposed barrier.

Mind sharing your full system's specs?
