hdmi/dp 1440p 75hz?

Would this hdmi/dp work for 1440p 75 hz? Suggestions appreciated.

HDMI 1.3 theoretically supports 1440p 75Hz which is 7.09Gbit/s but I have never seen it work when both ends are 1.3 as HDMI is equivalent to single-link DVI and most 1.3 monitors and sources will require dual-link to run it. If both ends are HDMI 1.4 or 2.0 then it should work fine.

Every version of Displayport should support that resolution.

Sorry, i'm pretty dense, but to summarize, hdmi 1.4 or 2.0 should be able to support it but every version of display port should support it right?

Yep to both. I would use the Displayport for your good monitor and the HDMI for the 1080p one.

I'll just use a regular hdmi cable for the 1080p and the display port cable i linked for the 1440p one
