hello

i overclocked my monitor to 78hz with hdmi cable

every things seems fine is that mean i can see 78fps or limited to 60fps because the hdmi limit

HDMI and hertz has nothing to do with FPS unless V-sync is used, in which case, V-sync will limit you to what ever your hertz is.

Overclocking your monitor can result in dropped frames, as the monitor may not be really capable of the hertz you set it to.
