Question HDMI GPU skit not working

I have the RTX 2060 super founders edition and I connected it to my hdmi cable and to my monitor and I keep getting no signal I have tried unplugging the gpu and putting in another PCIEX slot in my motherboard and it still does not work help would be very much appreciated thank you

Ryzen 7 2700x
Rtx 2060 super founders edition
ROG STRIX X470-F GAMING

What is your power supply? The gpu might not be getting enough power.
Also, what is your monitor?

If the gpu was not getting enough power how would I fix that because the gpu has lights and they are to also not lighting up so may the gpu is not getting power

Can you list your power supply and monitor. Even if the lights are on, it still doesn't mean that the gpu is properly functioning
