Hello, how do I get HDMI Input port on my PC so that I can connect a soundbar to it? Thank you

HDMI ports on PCs typically support audio out. However, they do not support ARC, and as far as I know, there's no way to get ARC support as it wasn't designed for PCs.

You can't.

Also, as far as I know, soundbars require an HDMI output from a source to get sound. If you have a spare HDMI port on your computer you theoretically can use a soundbar.

Yes, it's HDMI output, but from an input port using reverse (Arc) data stream

Also you can have HDMI input on PC, e.g. capture cards, but I'm asking regarding soundbars
