[SOLVED] HDMI MATRIX no signal after windows boot logo

Everything was working fine and dandy then I unplugged everything and organised my wires. When I plugged everything in my hdmi matrix wasn't working with pc it was fine with everything else I had plugged in its a 4x2x matrix. The pc works with just plugging the monitor directly in to the pc and like i said all I did was organise my cables. I've also tested hdmi cable and that works too it also doesn't show up on either my tv or monitor any ideas as it was working fine till I moved wires hahaha and like title says it shows the windows booting icon then its no signal

Update - I reset my pc and this didn't help

Just incase in future someone some how stumbles across this I have ''fixed'' it all I did was download some windows updates and when I booted pc up it worked very weird
