Hi everyone. I am having a very annoying issue at the moment. Currently I have two monitors. One of them is connected via an HDMI cable (monitor 2) and the other one is connected via a DVI (monitor 1). My problem arises when I open a video streaming tab on my first monitor like say, Netflix, Hulu, or Crunchyroll, and when I have to click on a video to watch the next episode or eventually when I am done watching and I want to close that tab, my second monitor will completely like black out for about 1 or 2 seconds then it comes back showing HDMI on the left corner for a second and everything is back to normal. What is causing this problem to occur I can not figure out at all. It happens on Chrome and on Firefox as well. I have disabled the acceleration hardware setting on Chrome as it was showing as one of the solutions I had found but it did not work at all.

Here are my specs:

CPU: Intel i7-3820 3.60GHz
Motherboard: Intel Corporation DX79TO
Ram: 24.0GB DDR3 @ 666MHz (9-9-9-24)
SSD/HDD: 931GB Western Digital WDC WD10EZEX-00RKKA0 (SATA )
GPU:
VG248 (1920x1080@144Hz) Monitor 1
VE228 (1920x1080@60Hz) Monitor 2
4095MB NVIDIA GeForce GTX 1050 Ti (EVGA)
OS: Windows 10 Pro 64-bit

Please let me know any other information I need to post to reach a solution.

Thank you
