Question HDMI monitor loses signal and comes back

My HDMI monitor loses signal and then goes back, every time when I close Chrome, haven't noticed it with other apps or games yet. My other 3 monitors are DisplayPort.

DisplayPort monitors:
1 Dell S2716DG
2 Gigabyte G27F
3 Dell E2318HX

HDMI:
4 Old ASUS VS248H-P

My PSU:
EVGA G1 650 W 80+ Gold Certified Fully Modular ATX Power Supply

Is this a PSU issue? I know it doesn't power the monitors but is it causing my GPU to run more power stressing the PSU?

So what's really interesting., If i have a netflix tab open or Amazon Prime video tab open, this happens 100% of the time and never when one of those aren't open. Is this some video stream site thing happening? If i have amazon itself open, no issue, once i go to prime video it causes this.

I have the same problem
Were you able to fix it by changing hdmi cable?
