Peace be upon you :)

I bought a new desktop. My monitor is S22C350H. My Graphics card is R9 270x Hawk.
Problem is:

First I tried VGA cable and it works fine, the problem happens with HDMI cable.
The monitor is turned off and on again (Blinking) for 1 or 2 sec. when I turn the room light on or off or even turn my Speakers on or off.
It's a weird problem. I tried to google it but I got nothing!
So, anyone had this problem?
Or maybe suggest something?

I'm beginning to think AMD has an issue with HDMI. I just upgraded from a 7950 with 2 monitors, one DVI the other HDMI. On the 7950 my HDMI connected monitor would turn off and on randomly(I never noticed a pattern like you). And now with my 780 it does not do it at all. Add in Cryengine and AMD HDMI needing some special scaling setting and it's annoying.

There was no fix I found either by the way, other than switching to another connection(which my 7950 limited by only having 1 DVI, 1 HDMI and 2 DP).
I can also add that the 7950 also didn't like my Single Link DVI cable I was using prior to getting it. It made my monitor blink on and off worse than the HDMI cable did. I even RMA'd my first card because of it.

So your only real choice is VGA or DVI if your monitor supports DVI, and if you go DVI I'd recommend a Dual Link DVI cable.

I think it's more of a "limitation" than a problem. And something I don't/wouldn't expect you to get a satisfactory resolution for.

It's probably similar to Nvidia's HDMI issue where it automatically(with no user changeable setting in the control panel) sets that monitor to Limited Color Range RGB instead of Full Range RGB making the HDMI monitor washed out color wise. Fortunately Nvidia's issue is fixable via a program that edits the appropriate registry settings.

I assume both companies know about their issues and choose not to fix it. Especially Nvidia, I read about the fix on the Geforce forums.

I just remembered something, when I first got the 7950 and was having issues with that Single Link DVI cable, (the second card also had the DVI issue) I was using HDMI on my primary screen until the DL DVI cable I ordered arrived and while it had issues with scaling on Cryengine it did not blink with that monitor( a 24" Viewsonic) it didn't do the blinking thing until it was connected to my one of my 2 new 27" AOCs as a secondary monitor.

I don't know if that changes anything, but I'd thought I'd add it.
