Question HDMI no Signal when Graphics card is plugged in.

Just built a new PC. Not my first time, but haven't build one for a while, so I could easily be missing the simple things. Power on new PC for first time. Lights on. Fans spinning. Everything seems good so far. Connect to a monitor (through HDMI) and it gives me the no signal. Try the regular troubleshooting by making sure cables are plugged in, switching ram spots, etc... Only way I was able to get a signal is through is by removing the GPU. Currently I'm at reboot and select proper boot device, not sure where to go from here. Thanks.

Have you tried to use the motherboard display to install drivers for the graphics card?
