HDMI not detected by Monitor

Hi, this is my very first post, and i need help! 2 hours ago i unplugged my computer and replaced some old ram with new ram and when i connected everything up again, i turned on my computer and my moniter said "HDMI NO SIGNAL." for a couple of hours i reinstalled all of my computer cables and see if that fixed it, NOPE. i checked the input setting on my moniter and it was set as HDMI. i unplugged and replugged for a long time, tried dvi, hdmi and changed the input to dvi, didn't work. Checked the forums numerous times, didnt help. please i need help!

re-install the old ram back in as your problem started with the new ram which might not be compatible to your computer.

this ram is the correct ram. before the old ram i was talking about before was all i had two sticks. I added more ram that was overall better. so i had 2 sticks of new and 2 of old. since the new worked extremely well i decided to replace the old with 2 of the same sticks as the other. do i have 4 of the exact samevram now that works

try the 1st pair of new ram by themselves to see if the computer will post which it is not since you got the 2nd pair of new ram installed.

yes that worked, but why cant i use the other 2 exact same ram on the other slots?

try the 2nd pair of new ram in same slots as 1st new pair are in to see if post or not.
