HDMI not working on Intel HD Graphics 630

I have a i7-7700k with an ASRock Z270 PRO4 motherboard

I used to have a GTX 1080 ti which was removed just a few days ago, which might be the cause of this problem.

DVI is working, VGA is working, HDMI is not (as in not even detecting monitors)

Below are the list of things that I have done :

1. Driver update through Device Manager
2. Manual install through official Intel driver download site
3. Uninstalled current driver then reinstalled
4. Set main graphic adapter in BIOS to Onboard (from PCI)
5. Uninstalled NVIDIA drivers, uninstalled Intel drivers then reinstalled

Of course, I am writing this post because none of the above have worked. It might be the problem with the HDMI slot on the computer, though I highly doubt so since I have been using a GPU for a long time. Anyways, am I missing some steps that I haven't done, or is there another solution, or is it simply that HDMI doesn't work with integrated graphics?
