Solution
Remove the 1050
Remove memory, so just 1 stick
Disconnect HDD from bios
Reset BIOS to defaults
If you get Video via motherboard, then shutdown add 2nd memory stick
If you still get video, add the hdd
If you still get video, change bios so that vidoe output defaults to external card as the default, shutdown, add 1050, video cable into card.
If you still get video, you can now optimise bios settings carefully.
If all still going, install your OS.

It's all about going back to basics until you either find the problem component or system is stable.

Also 50c on an i3 at idle, is a bit high, unless your cooler sucks.
sorry didn't really now what to say im building a PC and just finished but then this happens but it seems that everything should be fine (from watching some videos) the tempt is 50 i have no idea if that's Celsius or Fahrenheit

and if the error number is 52 means ...?

Turn off the PC and unplug the power. Remove the memory sticks and clean the slots either with compressed air or a toothbrush and 90% alcohol(both preferably). Also, clean the contacts on the memory modules with alcohol(alcohol wipes if you have any). Once dry, re-install the memory & try turning on the PC again. If it's still not working, try re-seating the video card & CPU. If for some reason you have some old PCI modem card installed, remove that as well.
