HDMI not working

I plug an hdmi cable into my TV from my PC. The signal will work for a random amount of time, and then suddenly cut to no signal. It will occasionally come back on and then randomly turn off again. I know it is not the hdmi cable because I have tried two different hdmi cables and both have given the same results. Both hdmi cables I have tested work fine on my playstation 3. When I use a VGA, it works perfectly, but the quality is very very poor.

The nit is probably your gpu card that's easy to replace.

Sorry typo its probably your card gone bad that's easy to replace..

How is this easy to replace, my gpu is one of my most expensive parts in my computer.
