HDMI out to TV

Hi,

I am struggling with HDMI connection. I can display picture but not sound. 🙁

I am trying to connect my Dell mini 10 laptop with Intel(R) Graphics Media Accelerator 500 / High Definition Audio HDMI / Realtec Audio output / Windows XP to a Panasonic TV.

Okay... Intel GMA 500 doesn't support audio over HDMI.. I think, Intel GMA 4500HD onwards support sound over HDMI..

Thanks for your response. I guess the only way might be a connection from the earphone socket to the red/ white sound in connectors on the TV. Do you think that would work?

Yes that works you need to buy an adapter.
