Does anyone know if/which HDMI Over Network Extender kits support VLAN/Subnets on network switches?

Does it have to be 1:1, VLAN per device or can they be set up entirely on the same VLAN but with multiple devices?

Solution
There are two diffent type's of HDMI extenders.

The first type is simply using cat5/6 as a cable medium to transfer the data, this in no way has a routable IP address.
Then there are HDMI over lan adapaters that give the display a routable IP address.
There is no reason why these can not be on a vlan or be accissable across VLANs if you configure your firewall rule appropriately
Wouldn't that just be a matter of bandwidth?

I suppose it depends on how smart the device is and if it can get along with multiple devices on the network. VLANs would certainly be a solution if they didn't.

Would need a lot more information about the specific device.
