So this is one weird problem.
Everything seems to work fine, i am out of ideas what to do.
I am sure both graphic card ports are working because i can get picture on monitor no mater which port i plug in to.
hdmi cable is working, tested with ps4.
hdmi ports on tv are working, tested with ps4.
I have tried 2 TVs with 2 different cables.
I have tried to unplug monitor and plug in only the tv to use it as a monitor.
I have tried updating drivers for graphics card.
I have tried new windows, had 7, its windows 8.1 at the moment, again 64bit.
It worked before and suddenly stoped, graphics card is ati hd4850
perhaps its because of new motherboard i have?
or could it be the adapter from hdmi to dvi ?
All i get is no signal on tv, and tv is not being detected on pc.
