HDMI port not working on ASUS Prime A320M-K (Ryzen 3 2200g)

I recently built a new PC for my mum using a Ryzen 3 2200g (with no separate graphics card) and an ASUS Prime A320M-K. However, the HDMI port isn't working yet the VGA port is. Does anyone know how to fix this issue without using a separate graphics card?

How you know it is not working? You need known working monitor (not TV) with working HDMI input and known working HDMI cable to test the motherboard port. Only when this test fails, you can call motherboard port not working. If this is the case, the only solution is to exchange motherboard for working one. Or use a VGA port that works if possible.

If you absolutely need HDMI, after following the above steps (thanks DRagor) you can buy adapters. Note that a simple wire will not work, as it needs a digital to analogue converter.

make sure you have installed that video driver and make sure the mb has the newest bios file on it.
