I have a old w2353v monitor, which has a normal hdmi i think 1.0 port,
and I want to buy a 2060 super that has 2.0b port,
can i still get the videoboard?

HDMI is backwards compatible. Now, if you need a feature that wasn't 1.0 (like high refresh over HDMI), that could be a problem, but I believe this is just a bog-standard 60 Hz monitor, so that issue isn't applicable.
