Hey guys,
Newbie here so If I asked the question in the wrong section please don't be harsh it's my first time posting, I have a problem that I just cannot understand.

I have a Samsung Tv that worked just fine for more than 2 years and all that changed yesterday. My TV is usually connected to my Xbox and My home computer via HDMI cable. All that seemed to work just fine until yesterday I tried to watch a movie through HDMI and the only resolution my TV would give is 640x480

I turn on my Xbox through HDMI 640x480 it is
I turn on my computer through HDMI 640x480 it is
I switch HDMI port 640x480 it is
I try another cable 640x480 it is
I tried all the solutions that come to my mind but still whathever I do the only resolution my TV would give is 640x480 when connected to basically anything through HDMI port.
So If you 've had similar experiences or have any idea what could possibly be the problem HELP PLS?

640x480 is the minimum resolution modern devices should support.
If this was just your PC, I'd look to drivers... but if this is happening with an XBox also, that would suggest a problem with the TV.

Do you have options in your TV's menu to change resolution?
