hdmi screen won't work after format

hello guys i had a series of bad luck with my pc latly ..

during format (a not completed one) both my screens died .
turns out my side screen still works if i plug it in my graphic card with dvi but my hdmi screen (main screen) is linked to my motherboard and doesn't work anymore , does it mean my build in graphic card from the motherboard broke ?and if not how can i fix this?

If you have a graphic card, the integrated graphics is not used as the graphic card is the primary display adapter. You should plug in your monitor cables to the gpu.
