I have an Nvidia gtx 550 ti for use with graphics and a Radeon 7700 for the HDMI port to connect my Sanyo TV. They usually play well together but when the computer is turned on without the TV on first or if the tv turns off due to sleep mode the sound menu says the TV is not connected and defaults over to Realtek Digital Output. The only way i can make my TV detected is to turn it on and go into sleep hibernate or restart and then it shows. Is there any way to force the video card to detect the TV without sleeping hibernating or restarting?
