So this will be a little confusing, but I'll do my best to explain it. (Also, I apologize if this is the wrong category, I wasn't sure what category to submit this under...) I've got my PS4, Xbox One, and PC all hooked up to one monitor. My PC is through DVI, and the PS4 is into the Xbox One through the HDMI In, and then the HDMI out from the Xbox goes into the HDMI port on my monitor. (My monitor only has one HDMI port.) The monitor has no speakers, so I use my Astro A50s for sound, and depending on which console I play, I switch the A50s to that console. It's annoying, but whatever. But I moved things around, and now where my PC is, it's... not optimal to keep pulling out the cords of the A50s ^_^. So I was going to buy a cheaper headset to use for the Xbox/PS4, but then I got thinking, I could use an HDMI switcher! That would at least solve the problems with not enough ports. But I would still have to switch the A50s around whenever I wanted to play each console. So, do they make an HDMI switcher that has an optical out port on it? That way, I could get an HDMI cord for my PC, and plug it, the PS4, and the Xbox into the switcher, and have my A50s coming out of the switcher, so that I could have it hooked up to all 3 consoles at the same time. I tried looking, but couldn't really find anything like that. Or I could, but it was like $150 and came with a whole bunch of other bells and whistles that I don't need. Is there anything like that, or am I just out of luck? And if so, what would you recommend?
