I have a dell inspiron 7567 and it doesnt have any type of displayport/DVI outputs on it. However, it does have an HDMI 2.0. I have an acer xf240h monitor that is capable of running 144hz through a displayport input. Are there any cable i can go from HDMI 2.0 to displayport to achieve 144hz?
Thank you!

You're not really going to be running anything at 144hz with that GPU though.
Except maybe CSGO.
But this one will do 120hz: https://www.amazon.com/gofanco-HDMI-DisplayPort-Converter-Power/dp/B01BXMOREI/

I thought so, the chip is uses is good for 4K @ 30hz. But suggest you do not take my opinion, instead ask the maker or find another source of specs.

On another front, most people who game want 144 hz for fast response, not for eye candy. You should also consider if the monitor will be faster using HDMI at a lower refresh rate or by using 144 hz through a converter. (I don't know the answer to that one).

You have a good point there re: ability of the 1050 or 1050ti in that laptop to drive 144 hz in most games...

"..Gaming Performance
The Nvidia GeForce GTX 1050 Ti allows smoothly running all current games with high or very high settings. Those who want to maximize the settings or expect at least 60 fps need a more powerful graphics card such as the Nvidia GeForce GTX 1060. Due to the performance difference between the Nvidia GeForce GTX 1050 in the cheapest Inspiron model and the GeForce GTX 1050 Ti, the latter can accomplish a few decisive frames per second more; especially at high settings. Those who do not need more than 30 fps for smooth gaming will be content with the GTX 1050... "
