Hey all,
I just bought a 24" ASUS HDMI Monitor to go with my new rig. I also bought an IOGEAR HDMI switch so that I can still use my old PC for various things while only having one monitor/mouse/keyboard for both. When I have the monitor plugged in to the switch, that is plugged in to the old PC with a DVI-to-HDMI adapter, the monitor flickers on and off with lines covering the screen.
My older PC is running a Radeon HD 3600 series graphics card. Is the card just too old for an HDMI connection to work, or is there a workaround to solve the flickering problem?
Thanks!
