I have a Sapphire RX-460 2GB graphics card and a DELL 1600*900 ( Recommended ) resolution monitor. So I have to use a HDMI TO VGA converter because my monitor does not have any DVI OR HDMI port only VGA but my graphics card has 2 HDMI ports and one DVI ports.

Now read the issue carefully.

1) While in the normal desktop working, I feel like everything is ok but the colors are little bit whiter?! 1600*900 ( Recommended )

2) While gaming my monitor can go upto 1080p ( Even in normally but I keep things in recommended settings ). So when I game at 900p the color looks a bit darker or lighter then 1080p gaming in the same monitor. In one point, the color is really not having a good balance with 900p. But when I set it to 1080p the color gets back to the normal state and everything looks like fine.

3) On my previous Samsung 900p monitor, everything used to look fine and ok and it had DVI port. I didn't need any converter back then to fit with my RX-460.

Now, where is the problem?

Is it the monitor? Is it the converter? Or is there any hidden settings I need to change?

Thanks in advanced.
