HDMI to VGA - PLEASE HELP ME. - RADEON

Hi,

I have recently purchased a Radeon 5670 1GB.

I am thinking of doing eyefinity. I have 3x 19" widescreen monitor.

I have connected dvi and Display port. I just need to connect HDMI and I am ready to go for 3 monitor.

I have purchased a simple cable HDMI to VGA, and this doesn't work. (vga is analogye and HDMI is digital )


What is the cheapest way, I can get my monitor working from HDMI to DVI or VGA?

Get a hdmi to dvi adaptor and a dvi to VGA adaptor.

Both of those adaptors have worked for me make sure you get the right dvi port.

Which one is the right port?

I am going to buy these adapter from ebay.

I managed to find them.

So this is i ordered.

HDMI to Female DVI 24+1 pin

and

DVI Male 24+1 pin to Female VGA.

Hopefully I am sorted.
