Hdmi via serial port

my laptop doesnt have an HDMI adptor port on it but has 4 Plug and play ports. is there any way to get an adaptor for the HDMI cable i have so it can used Via the plug and play ports. do they even make such an adaptor i dont know really.

What brand and model of laptop do you have ?
I doubt that it exists because your not going to get video out of a serial port unless it's somehow connected to the display function of the motherboard. A serial port is used for data.
