It is possible to purchase a video card with HDMI port so I can install it in my pc and play the sound on my HD TV mounted on the wall?

Yes, HDMI carries both video and audio signals so you simple need a long enough HDMI cable.

i watch movies on my 50" HD TV through a 10 metre HDMI cable.
