Have this motherboard with no additional graphics card. Have been using VGA output but wanted to switch to HDMI. When I connected the HDMI cable I got no output. I looked around in the startup screens and couldn't find any options for HDMI. How do I enable HDMI? Another option would be DVI - how do I enable it?

It should simply auto detect a monitor when it's plugged in there, there's nothing special to configure.

Just making sure you're plugging it into the HDMI "OUT" port and NOT the HDMI "IN" port.

So use the horizontally oriented port under the display port, not the HDMI port that is vertical to the axis. Page 13 of the English manual

That's the connector I am trying to use. I thought it should autodetect but it doesn't seem to. If I just connect the HDMI out to the monitor I don't get anything. I have restarted the PC thinking it may detect it at startup but still no luck. What else should I be checking?
