"HDMI2 No Signal" after new PC build

I just finished building my new pc and I was so excited only to get a message on my monitor that says "HDMI2 No Signal". I quadruple checked, and everything is plugged correctly inside the case.
It's really odd, since yesterday, my last computer worked fine, no displaying problems, and I even took the GPU from that PC, and put it in my new one. I can't find the problem!

My specs are:

CPU: AMD Ryzen 5 2600
GPU: EVGA GTX 1060 6GB(single fan)
Motherboard: MSI X730 GAMING PRO CARBON

16GB Corsair Vengeance 3000 Mhz
500GB WD SSD NVMe
4TB 3,5" Western Digital HDD
EVGA 600W PSU
All sitting inside a Phanteks P300 Eclipse
