HDplayer.exe error while opening Bluestacks

hello guys,
I want to run bluestacks on my pc but whenever I launch it, "hd-player.exe - Application Error. The instruction at "0xXXXXXXXX" referenced memory at "0xXXXXXXXX". The memory could not be "read/written". Click on OK to terminate the program." appears. So what do I do to fix this?
