Question HDR requirement

Hey guys,

I wanted to ask some question regarding to the HDR,
What exactly this is and what spec do i need for me to actually experience HDR.

for example, if i have NVIDIA GeForce GTX 970 Graphic cards with I5 intel core.
will it be enough for HDR?
Or, what more do i need to require?

A monitor that is HDR
or a TV which supports HDR

Just Monitor that is HDR with GTX 970?

Well you'd need HDR content, and/or applications that support HDR.

I've heard Windows HDR support isn't all that great yet, but I don't have any personal experience.
