I connected my laptop to my Element ELEFW246 24" 1080p 120Hz LED HDTV via HDMI 1.3 cable to see how well this setup visually performs when it comes to gaming. I can't help but notice how sluggish the display on the HDTV looks when ever I move my mouse cursor around while doing a side by side comparison to the laptop's screen.

Should I have gotten a better cable version than HDMI 1.3 to transfer more data at a faster rate to a display, or is it because of the HDTV?

Looking back on the specs, I thought the HDTV would perform just as well as a computer monitor:
-120Hz
-1080p
-4ms response time

maybe why its no longer available ?? heck not even listed at the companies site ?
