Question HDTV flashes to black then turns fuzzy, after another flash to black it returns to good picture quality.

Why does my TCL hdtv 4k tv go black for a second then then turn fuzzy ? After it goes black again the picture will clear up, what is the cause of this ?

Does this happen randomly? When you do something specific? Is this with internal apps, other sources, everything? Have you tried other HDMI cables? Not even close to enough detail here.

Hi, sorry about that, it happens randomly and it also seems to happen when I close out of an app such as a web browser, but doesnt do it all the time.

Try turning off hardware acceleration in the browser. If that doesn't fix it try a different cable. Obviously make sure Windows and all your drivers (GPU in particular) are up to date.
