Hi

I have my computer connected to two monitors one is a 21" and the other is a 40", both connected via hdmi lead. When I play games I get a horizontal tear on the 40" about three quarters of the way down, it happens regardless of graphic intensity and only happens on the 40" not the 21". I'm not sure if it's screen tearing but basically I get a horizontal line where the image dose not sync up. If any one can help I'd be very greatful.

Thanks

It probably HDNI not beeing able to send the entire signal at the same time. In reality, there is something like a 2ms diffrence for frame 1 and frame 2, but human eyes notice it.

Some people say it can help to use a diffrent cable than HDMI (DVI, composite, not sure), or lower the color intensity (Turn off dynamic color ranges).

Im not sure if it works since i have the same problem and have not tried it yet 😀.

i have an HDMI-DVI converter (HDMI-TV/ DVI-Computer) and it doesnt make a bit of difference. I have tremendous screen tearing on Flight Simulator X and Skyrim.
