Solution
"But my headphone has separate earphone and speaker jack"

I think you mean "has separate earphone and microphone jack don't you?

Get a headset adapter cable like this one:

https://www.amazon.com/StarTech-com-MUYHSMFF-Headset-Splitter-Adapter/dp/B004SP0WAQ/ref=sr_1_1?ie=UTF8&qid=1410918195&sr=8-1&keywords=MUYHSMFF

The two jacks are marked, one with a microphone symbol, the other with headphones symbol, as shown in the product picture when magnified.

So be sure to plug your mic plug and headphones plug in to the correct jacks as marked.

Solution
agreed with above.

the technical name for the adapter would be a 4pole 3.5mm to 2x 3.5mm adapter. sometimes known as headset adapter.

some of the adapters have pink and green ends to make plugging into the right ones a bit easier than looking for a symbol stamped on them.
