Head Set not getting sound sent to it

So, I installed all the drivers on my new pc which included realtek which I believe may be the source of the issue. Anyway, I plugged my G930 Headset in after getting its drivers and went on youtube to test it and got no sound. I hit the speaker button and it showed it as windows is not sending any audio to it even though im watching something. I went into realtek and it hasn't identified the USB headset. I made sure my head set was the default audio device and still nothing. I reinstalled Logitech and realtek drivers and again nothing. Does anyone know what I should do?

Check the USB port at first. There might be a problem with your USB port, check the settings in the sound pannel if your headphones are set to the PRIORITY sound.

USB port is fine and headset is priority

If your Logitec headset has also jack plug, try the jack plug as well. If it doesn't work, it's probably something wrong with the sound card ( might be fried) or your headset.

It doesnt have a jack plug but I uninstalled the driver from the sound menu for the G930, unplugged it and plugged it pack in again and it worked
