Rx 470 4Gb
8Gb crucial ballistix DDR4 2400mhz
EVGA 430W psu
Hyper evo 212 cooler

i upgraded my mobo, cpu, and ram to the ryzen 1500x, since then i have had no luck playing games at all, ill play for 1-20 mins before i crash, whether its a memory error, displayer driver fail, or no error at all, sometimes it will even reboot by itself.

Im about to return it all to the store i got it from and get new stuff, im frustrated as heck by getting a taste of finally beautiful looking games just to have them crash while i play.

Anyone have any ideas of some tests i can do to rule stuff out? maybe bad motherboard? bad ram? gpu shouldnt be bad, it was working fine before i upgraded and its fairly new ( not even a year old)

im downloading userbenchmark now, can post results when done

Yes i used the disc that came with the motherboard and installed from there since my network wouldnt work without the disc drivers,

my GPU is the power color 470 4gb OC edition, should i scale this back to the normal settings for this card?
My cpu is not OC, i tried getting to 3.6Ghz but it was failing in prime95, also im not sure how to OC a cpu so im not keen on it right now

Also, not sure if this matters, but i did not clean my Evo 212 heatsinks thermal paste from the previous cpu it was installed on.
Would i be better taking this motherboard back and getting a new one?

**Update, i unistalled all AMD drivers and reinstalled from the disc that came with my GPU, still crashing. gonna try to put my GPU in another PCI slot next***

**update I put my old GTX 950 in my pc and its not crashing at all playing games, dont have access to another pc to try my rx 470, but im thinking the card is busted**
