So I'm planning on using a Corsair HXi series PSU, when I stumbled upon a review in PCPartpicker that mentions something (it's the first review on this page). The motherboard I'm using is the Asus Maximus Hero XII and the CPU will be the Intel i9-10900kf. Which CPU power is needed to power this set up? (I'm pretty new to PC building, so I apologize if I'm missing something obvious).
Do I need a special adapter if I plan to overclock this CPU?

you get the manual with the motherboard and you also can view it online : https://rog.asus.com/be-nl/motherbo...maximus-xii-hero-wi-fi-model/helpdesk_manual/

either plug in the 24 pin (right side motherboard) and the 8 pin cpu ets pin(top left) or the 8 and the 4 pin top left.
I recommand option 1.

you have got PCI-E connectors for the grapics card.

Dont hesitate to ask your questions in this thread.

But the Corsair HXi 850 doesn't come with a 8 pin plugin, only two 4 + 4 plugins.
