hi guys, i have a cooler master headphone which has been working well for me for around half a year, but recently the mic for this headset is not working but the sounds are still fine.
I pugged out my headset from the 3.5mm jack and into the USB-c port and the mic works again.
Any solution for this?

Solution
By not working, are you referring to not being detected in the system?
Or do you mean that it is detected but no signal response?

I would suggest while plugging in the 3.5mm jack

Go to sound Settings
Change microphone input to the headset
Use the built in windows microphone test function

Also check if the jack is obstructed by any debries and if the connector is fully inserted

When the mic is plugged in 3.5mm there is no signal response, but works fine when plugged in usb-c port
the mic input is correct [ realtek(r)audio ]
the jack is clean and the connector is fully inserted
