Headphone AUX broke off and is stuck inside the audio out jack

well the tip on the plug on my headphones broke off and it's now stuck in my laptop. i wondered if there was an easy way to go with this? my dad may not like it if i do anything involving glue...??

Well that was silly.

Something very sticky to try and get it out. It may just be stuck an you've lost audio.
