Solution
Okay, I have a solution for you friend.

*Disconnect the Turtle Beach Headset or Transmitter from your PC's USB port*

1) Download USB Deview:

USB Deview - Windows 32bit Operating Systems
USB Deview - Windows 64bit Operating Systems

2) After it has finished downloading, extract the .zip file. Do not rename the folder when extracting the file. After that has finished, click on the folder 'usbdeview+' or 'usbdeview-x64+' if you're using the 64 bit version.
3) Double click the USBDeview Application to open the software:
4) You will see the main USB Deview window, showing a list of all the USB devices that have been connected to your PC:
5) In the Vendor Name column, scroll down until you see entries labeled 'Turtle Beach'...
Your going to have to Uninstall the old drivers and reinstall your turtlebeaches. Go to device manager with them plugged in and scan for hardware changes, then go down to audio and there should be an exclamation mark, update the driver from there or if you have a disk with the drivers even better

6) Close the window, then *Restart your PC.*

NOTE: If you are currently on a desktop PC, please perform a power cycle. To do this, turn off your PC and unplug the power supply from your computer. Leave it for 15 minutes. Then, plug the power supply back in and turn your PC back on.

7) When Windows has completed startup, plug the Turtle Beach Headset into a different USB port than you were using previously. When you have done so, a notification should pop up indicating that a new device has been connected and is recognized
